I really do not know how to do this but wanted everyone to know what a lovely person Mr. Dreasher is. He helped me yesterday on an art question and went above and beyond in order to resolve my questions. In addition, he was very knowledgeable, nice, and a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you so much! We enjoyed working with you too, and I really appreciated you calling when you saw something wrong on the water line that did not go right (darn those guys who took the fridge!), but that could have been far worse if you didn’t let us know.

We hired you to do our estate sale. You went way beyond that! Keeping in constant touch with us, texting pics you were not sure of. Both you and Ann cleaned and polished our house including the floors. It was not just a job to you, you cared! I don’t know how to thank you enough.

Brady, I want to tell you how much we appreciated your taking the time to review our two pieces.  I would have loved for the results to have been different, but know you as a professional certainly have better judgment than I.  Your extended labor, without compensation, is most appreciated.  Many in your field, I’m afraid would be standing with their hand out without even studying the items. You are truly special and we appreciated your kind assistance.

This appraisal helped me purchase a Tiffany lamp at a reasonable price. Saved $15,000, big thanks!

I was sent to Brady Dreasher by a friend to sell a painting I inherited because it didn’t fit my style. Brady was very familiar with the artist and did get a new home for my art. Good Service!

For a very reasonable fee and within a few hours, I received the advice I wanted about potential value along with contact information for two potential firms through which to sell the piece. Brady was extremely responsive and friendly. All-in-all it was a successful, easy and pleasant experience.

The finished project was very professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this interaction from start to finish and could not recommend this company any more highly. The service was truly exceptional, thanks!

It turned out to be my asset and I decided to send it to my aunt. She will love the report you created as well. I wanted to let you know that the attorney was also very impressed with your report. I am thrilled to keep this piece for sentimental reasons alone, but it is wonderful to have the additional layers of insight.
I will definitely follow your advice about taking the appropriate measures to preserve its condition. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you!

Personal Property Appraisals

In the most recent discussions with the gallery in New York City, they indicated that the painting was not available for less than $20,000 notwithstanding the detailed and well substantiated appraisal you made. While the gallery owner said that they agreed with some of your statements, she disagreed with others (albeit they provided no specific examples). While we continue to maintain interest in the painting and have passively reserved a place in our home for it, we cannot in good conscience pay four times the appraised price – no matter how much we like it. Insurers would have a problem with this and I feel strongly that based on your assessment using market examples and prices, that the painting cannot support the price that gallery is presently seeking. It is over-priced and even though we have shown considerable interest in making negotiations, there is little motivation to sell it at less that 4x market price when compared to “similar” works.
